This bootdisk set consists of 4 floppies. 1. im-boot.img (kernel 2.0.29, with ramdisk support and is build for booting from i386 systems with no-copro. math-emulation) 2. im-root.gz (root file-system which is loaded into ramdisk. contains a RedHat 3.0.3 runtime, with networking scripts and the editor vi, bash. To enable elvis create the directory /usr/tmp ) 3. im-util1.gz (util disk 1 with modules from kernel 2.0.29. It contains : cdrom (non-atapi cdrom's) fs (all kind of file-systems with also FAT32 support for win95 ) ipv4 (rarp and friends) net (all kind of NIC drivers) 4. im-util2.gz (util disk 2 with modules from kernel 2.0.29. It contains : scsi (all kind of scsi drivers) misc (isdn and others) operation: boot from im-boot.img insert the im-root.gz disk log in as root, and do : # mkdir /usr/tmp # mount /dev/fd0 /floppy (mounting util disk1 or disk2 ) Have Fun
